I love mornings when I pull out my Bible, and I read exactly what I needed to hear.
This morning is was Philippians 4. You may say, Mary, haven’t you read that before? My reply will, of course, be yes. But today it meant something more to me.
v. 4 Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, Rejoice.
v. 6 Have no anxiety about anything…
v. 7 and the peace of God which passes all understanding, will keep your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
Rejoice, stop worrying and have peace.
And everyone’s favorite verse, 13 I can do all things in him who strengthens me.
Powerful words. Ones I need to take to heart.
