Baby Hats!
Definitely one of my favorite things to crochet: baby hats! They are nearly instant gratification, and as I don’t have any babies, they leave my house pretty fast. Set aside in the hustle and bustle of Christmas crafting, I’ve come back to making them, as I have an order to fill before February starts (just one hat, though). But, a good friend of mine is having a boy in March, and said she’d like to buy one for him after he’s born. Naturally, since she’s such a good friend, I will not sell her one, and will instead gift it to her when said baby is born. I’m so excited for her! It’s baby #2, so no shower or anything, but I’m thinking a cute little hat and maybe some booties or something. Any other possible baby items?

It’s Tuesday again! And I talk about another tea that I drink here. I also share a photo of my newly finished owl hat, if you’d like to take a look. I’ve been thinking about making one, after seeing a picture on Pinterest and then seeing a photo of a friend’s daughter in one. So I bit the bullet, and whipped one out in a day. I’ll confess, I did consult a pattern first, but did not actually use the pattern in the end. One more check off my list of “things to crochet”. YAY!
I love rings where the elegance and beauty comes from the working of the silver, and not just how many expensive gems you can fit on it.
Sadly, I had no finished projects to show off today, but I did complain about school, kinda. Read about it.
